The principals of HomeSolutions have
been involved in the home improvement
market for 15 years and over this
time there has been a continually
expressed need for quality information
about products and services in the
home market. Homeowners have found
that they cannot readily access quality
information in a broad range of areas
of the home market. Questions like:
"where do I go to see.......?"
Information has been available
in a directory listing format
but this doesn't provide householders
with the answers to those questions
that are being asked. HomeSolutions
goes beyond the directory concept
and provides a link between people
who are needing information and
those who can supply this information.
Meaningful information which can
provide the consumer with an actionable
solution. The information provided
on the HomeSolutions site deals
with many varied home related
categories from furnishings to
flagpoles, from bathrooms to barbecues,
the list goes on.
How does the site work?
The site is laid out in categories,
with each heading in the main
directory linked to a category
that contains information and
links to companies providing specialist
products and services relating
to the selected topic. Use the
links within each category to
go to your particular choice and
the navigation bar to return to
the main directory, home page
or to register with HomeSolutions.
There are explanations of the terminology
used by the building trade to
help you understand what is being
referred to in quotes and some
information about building regulations
and approvals in our section on
building and renovations.
